SHINE is a free three-day descent into the strange territory between who you are, how you see, and the work people actually say yes to. 

Not a branding exercise. Not a formula for finding your niche. Not another content strategy designed to make you sound like everyone else who has learned how to say “embodiment,” “authenticity,” and “transformation” in the right order. 

It's a process for taking the things that make your work unmistakably yours and learning how to:

The recurring ideas, obsessions, stories, perceptions and qualities that make your work yours.

➜ Shape the work.

Bring those threads into clearer language around who you serve, what you do, how you do it, and what makes your way different.

➜ Create the doorway.

Turn those same threads into stories, ideas and content that let people encounter your way of seeing and understand what you're inviting them into.  

By the end, you won't just know what makes your weird worth choosing.

You'll have language for it, a way for people to recognize themselves in your work, and real content you can share.
